‘Internet of Things’ is a virtual space within the physical objects. Imagine a situation when your alarm lends a message to your coffee maker to make coffee for you and the coffee maker instantly starts brewing your coffee. Does it gives you a feeling that you are watching a sci-fi movie? Pinch yourself as it is true.

It is next generation world which we will soon be going in next few years to  come  where everything living or non-living objects will be connected to each other. There are endless opportunities  available with IoT. The applications are galore right from daily use to industrial use. The concept  is a  reality which at present seems to be a utopia. We have seen Bluetooth connections, WiFi. These are the fundamental technology upon which the virtual yet physical world is going to come.

IoT on a broader scale will take you to an era of highly mechanised world where everything is possible at a click of a button. We can then vehemently prove that we live in a truly globalized world and everything seems to be connected perfectly with each other.What could be the plausible threats of such a world? Surge in hackers, security threats and data storage issues. 

Today companies makes huge investments since there are data storage as well as privacy issues. Have you ever pondered what would be the outcome of IoT concept where each device is connected. Can you imagine the insecurities involved by the IoT. Simply imagine if somebody hacks your phone or even your Facebook account, you go wild thinking about the data that the hacker would have stolen or is going to steal.
